Chef/owner Bobby Gekas grew up in Athens, Greece, heavily influenced by his yiayia’s Smyrniot recipes. After a career building financial models, Bobby decided to spend his energy doing what he loved and opened Ultimate Souvlaki. His wife, co-owner Angela De Santis, grew up on a family farm in California. She brings her local market experience and her passion for sustainable agriculture to bear on the enterprise.
