Lucid Dreaming

A SpiritWorks Offering

Balancing the mind & body, this nightly SpiritWorks track rounds out the day for all CourseWeek students.

This SpiritWorks track is interwoven into the core curriculum. When you purchase one of our three tracks: CommunityWorks, EcologyWorks, and InnovationWorks, you gain access to this bonus track as well as CreativeWorks and BodyWorks.

This SpiritWorks Core curriculum offering will connect with students in the evening, right before their embarkation into the dreamworld. In this series of 3 classes, students will learn tools and methods to help them deepen their relationship with their dreams. With this deepening there will be an opportunity to improve recall, learn the foundational building blocks of cultivating the skill of lucid dreaming, and finally will explore the notion of lucid living.

  • Increase your dream recall
  • Improve your dream journaling practice
  • Learn tools and tricks for lucid dreaming
  • Develop a reality test that works for you
  • Explore Lucid Living as an approach to waking life
When we become lucid in our dreams we realize ourselves as infinite potential, we let go of fear, and we are free to create that which we want to see in the world.
